5. Requesting your first proof

Overview

Now you'll create a verification request by generating a QR code. The credential holder can scan it and decide whether to share the requested information.

Prerequisites

• Complete Creating your first identifier
• Complete Creating your first credential schema
• Complete Issuing your first credential, including the wallet app with the issued credential
• Complete Creating your first proof schema

Steps

1. Navigate to Verifier

• Click "Verifier" in the left sidebar
• Click "Request proof"

2. Request proof

• Select "Building Access Check" for the proof schema
• Select "OpenID4VP final 1.0" for the protocol
• Select "My DID" for verifier
• Click "Submit"

→ A verification QR code appears

3. Submit the proof

• Using your wallet app, scan the QR code → Submit the proof
